I called in to do some work whilst in the area. Wifi was great and service even better. The gingerbread lattes are the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried lots across the country), so I had 2! The eggs Benedict was perfect, the runny...eggs popped when I used my knife…absolutely spot on. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. Will certainly be back!More

Nice tidy little café with a good menu and swift service. Our choice of meal was salmon on scrambled egg and muffins along with coffee.

We were staying in Kirkby Stephen and decided to have a walk into the village along the river. Arriving in Sedbergh at lunchtime, we decided to try the cafe out for lunch, as it is dog friendly (we have two retrievers). The menu has a...wide choice of sandwiches, baked potatoes, meals, drinks and cakes. I opened for the ham sandwich, with a small side salad. The food was fresh, tasty and great value for money. I managed to leave my bag at the premises, which they put aside for me to collect a few days later. All in all, definitely worth a visit.More

We have just finished walking The Dales Way and were lucky enough to stumble upon this fabulous cafe around lunch time. We had their vegetarian lasagne with chips and salad, which was all we could have wished for. We also had the filter coffee which...includes a free top-up. We asked if they would be able to make up some sandwiches for our evening meal, which they did. The staff were very friendly and didn’t seem to mind us arriving straight off the walk with large rucksacks. All in all a great experience, very relaxing, and by far the best cooked meal we had over the 6 days of our walk.More

Recieved our high tea boxes for our friends' 30th birthday picnic and it had a great variety of sandwiches and cakes! Very accommodating with dietary requirements & worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We called in for breakfast on the last day of our holiday. Received a warm welcome, very dog friendly and it was easy to see why the cafe was full within half an hour of opening. Delicious, freshly cooked breakfast, at a very reasonable price....Thank you! 😋More

Small but excellent cafe at a good price We had breakfast two mornings it was perfect super quality food and so well cooked I enjoyed every bit! Stopped here after a cycle ride from Endmoor. My wife and I enjoyed a coffee and huge Fruit Scone, with Jam & Butter, which appeared freshly made. I have to say this is the best scone I have ever eaten. The price was very reasonable...and not over-inflated like some central cumbrian villages and towns. The service was good and the cafe has a toilet. Not a posh place, but clean and very welcoming with a nice atmosphere.More
