40minute wait for food. Ran out of classic pub dish. Apparently it was busy! Tables were set like packs of sardines. Food was a disgrace. Massive bun, tiny burger, food came out separately. Tables were messy. No check back on food... wasn't even that busy...More

Went for a meal tonight with friends and the main courses were lovely. Good portions although a lot more expensive than expected at £12-75. Have eaten there before and found the food reasonably priced but it has been taken over and things have changed. I...More

Had a lovely meal - Fish, Chips, and Mushy peas. Great portion - the fish was overflowing the plate. Pay when you order the food. Service was a little slow although there were not many customers around. Gave us a chance to wander around the...More

Had a lovely Sunday roast. Nice bit of lamb with no fat on it. Good sized portions at a reasonable price. Also had a coffee with a complimentary slice of shortbread, which was a nice touch. Service was excellent, and the staff are friendly.

A Beautiful farm barn conversation on the edge of the National Park serving great British pub food. locally sourced and home made always served along with seasonal specials. A large 80 seater bar area with real log fire or a tastefully decorated restaurant for more cosy dining there's even a function suite available too. Just on the coast road towards Bardsea.
