The best coffee shop place in ashbourne, never disappoints. The salmon and risotto is excellent. The staff are very welcoming.

This café had been recommended to me several times but this was my first visit and I was not disappointed. The food was good and the menu had many things on that could have tempted me. I had the fishcake in the end and it...More
Thank you very much for your lovely review, maybe next time we could tempt you with a slice of home-made cake too!
Having done a bit of investigation into the options, I'd rate this as one of the better places to have breakfast in the town. Cheerful dining room, friendly service, reasonable range of breakfast options, reasonable prices.
Before I start this review I would like to thank The Bridge (pub diner) for turning us away for their food break, which is why we found Bramhalls Deli and Cafe. We just made it before they were finishing food service (5pm). The staff could...More
Thank you so much for your lovely review, I have passed your praise on to the kitchen. We hope that you will pop in again if you're in the area.
We used this Cafe a couple of times while we were in Ashbourne, both for a sit and a coffee, as well as for lunch. Five of us had lunch, ordering both soup and sandwiches. The soup was lovely and came with just baked bread,...More
We visit Bramhalls whenever we visit Ashbourne. Staff are always great. I love the baked Camembert, my husband had the Cauliflower soup which he really enjoyed. Today we visited for breakfast which is a first for us and it was very good quality produce and...More

Thank you for your very positive comments and also your constructive feedback. I have spoken to all members of the staff regarding your findings and hope that this doesn’t happen again. I have also placed disposable gloves by the cake cabinet. Once again, thank you...More
My wife and I were staying at the George and Dragon across the road which didn't do breakfast so we went into Bramhall's. Great breakfast! Scrambled eggs with salmon on brown toast was one of the best I've had and my wife's bacon sandwich had...More
Whilst I've enjoyed the food served at Bramhall's in the past, my experience on Saturday was disappointing. The so called Smoked Haddock & Parmesan Fishcake, should have been called a 'potato cake with hint of fish' - I struggled to find any smoked haddock in...More
Popped in for a light lunch. The menu is very varied and inventive. Mushroom soup was excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the attached deli has some interesting items.
