Sharing platter was disappointing in terms of taste . Main course dishes were also not what up to what I expected. Some of the meat and chicken tasted rubbery. Service was excellent and a great interior. However, food was poor.

Atmosphere, food and service was 5 star, would highly recommend this lovely restaurant. We will definitely be back 🤩

Disappointing food and awful service. We had starters of pork rib and chicken satay. Both were from prepared vacuum packs. Odd shapes and consistency. The peanut sauce was peanut butter from a jar. The Pad Thai was served without coriander or lime. When we asked...the waitress she declared that that how it was served here. We pointed out that the menu listed both as ingredients and she then said no one else had ever complained. We had to gently insist that she went to the kitchen and asked . We then received a small saucer with fresh coriander and lime. All done without any apology and or grace. The king prawns were small and one of the servings had a far amount of soya too. Doubt we’ll be going again.More

I can’t believe that Jedediah Strutt can ever have imagined that a Thai restaurant would be established in the undercroft of his Mill. Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous food & brilliant service. An impressive vegan selection to choose from. My fiance and I were staying in Derbyshire for a couple of days and heard how good this restaurant was. The best tai restaurant we've been to.

Dry tasteless food very expensive tough dry chicken, rubbery fish cakes, ordinary prawn crackers. Duck no taste again very dry,has changed drastically since last visit.

Booking a table online was very convenient. The menu had numerous vegetarian choices. In hindsight I wished we had tried the set menu for two as this looks a great way to sample many different dishes but we didn’t think we could manage all that....It does say “we hope you are hungry”. The food was nice. Staff were polite and friendly. The only negative was I felt a bit cold, well away from the radiators.More

Best Thai we’ve had In Derbyshire and we’ve tried them all more than once! We did a takeaway and everything was hot and delicious. We will eat in next time as the restaurant is very beautiful/classy inside.

This delicious, authentic Thai restaurant is tucked away in the beautiful Belper North Mill building. We ordered the Dim Sum, chicken Massaman & Duck Penang. Everything was super tasty with that incredible depth of flavour you are looking for in a Thai curry. I’ve had...a Penang curry in Penang, Malaysia and this was just as good. The setting & the food makes this place a little gem & I will certainly be returning, dining in or takeaway as it’s only down the road.More

We took my father-in-law here for his birthday but I was very disappointed. I shared the mixed starters which were quite tasty apart from the Thai fish cakes which were rubbery. The satay skewers were nice but there was no heat in the peanut sauce...whatsoever. I had the hottest dish on the menu; the sweet basil thai chicken boasting 3 chillis and I found it very mild and with a weird cleaning fluid type taste? Other meals ordered were the massaman curry (very mild but tasty) red Thai curry (very mild but tasty) and the battered sea bass fillets which was probably the hottest meal on the table but strangely only had one chilli on the heat menu. The sticky rice was far too sticky. Positives- the pad Thai was very nice, the other rice dishes were also well cooked. The service was good, and the decor was authentic and pleasant. There was no background music which was a bit weird as there were very few people in the restaurant so we could hear other conversations. I won’t be returning, sorry.More

We decided to try this restaurant whilst on holiday. With lovely traditional yet modern decor, we were warmly welcomed. I was personally a little nervous due to temporary medical dietary requirements, the lady on front of house was extremely helpful in identifying the dishes with...least oil /fat. Our party ordered the ribs (delicious), prawn crystal steamed dumplings, hot sour chicken soup, Thai sweet and sour pork and grilled chicken. The food was delicious with good portions and excellent attentive service. We will definitely return before the end of our holiday.More
