Lunch was excellent all the way down the line. The greeting was warm, service was friendly, we were told it would take 15 minutes for the baguettes to be cooked and they were served within that time frame. We sat outside under a parasol to...More

The live music is so loud you cannot hear yourself think. The staff must be beyond deaf. Impossible to hold a conversation with anyone unless you shout and scream (much like the singer on the night we visited). We would never go again.

Nice traditional "pub grub". Lovely beer garden at the back, very homely atmosphere in the bar area, recommended!

We've visited twice and enjoyed the whitebait and the midweek roast. Our second visit was on a Sunday - it was so busy and too much pub and not enough restaurant for me.

We visited here today for Mother's Day. When booking I said there were 2 children. Arrived to a table with most of us on stools right by the door - not ideal for kids. It was a special menu with no kids options which I...More
