Everything was just superb. The Marble Room Manhattan is really tasty. Had the Crispy Shrimp Sushi and it was outstanding. Our Delmonico Rib Eye's were very flavorful. Top quality cuts for sure. That is the steak to get here. We shared a mixed green salad...and potato cake. They also prepared a special dish for me that was not on the menu, sauteed onions. Our whole experience was a pleasure. Server Tiffany was THE best! Atmosphere is unmatched anywhere in Cleveland. You really have to put this restaurant on your list. You will not be disappointed. This was not our first visit and will not be our last. Pricey but worth it. Our bill for the two of us was over $300.More

We stop here from NY once a year as it’s our favorite restaurant in Cleveland. This trip was no different than previous. Atmosphere is wonderful, food out of this world and service is exceptional. I had the Delmonico steak - cooked to perfection, my wife...had the filet with a lobster tail - she said it was the best lobster she ever had! A shout out to our server, Alex. He was exceptional! I am 25 years old and my girlfriend and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and when we started to talk about what we wanted to do for our special night we both agreed that a special night out would be the best way...to celebrate the milestone. So I got in contact with the management at Marble Room, I was met with kindness, professionalism, respect, and most of all the management was willing to work with me on the night we wanted to make a reservation. We finally set a date and when the evening came we were greeted with happy anniversary from all of the hosting staff as well as servers who weren't serving us. It was one of the best if not the best service and experience I have ever had and at this point we had just taken our seats. Our server JT was on point with all his recommendations from a new Cabernet to try to an epic appetizer, which the name escapes me, but everything was exceptional. No matter the price when coming to Marble Room you are met with professional staff, professional food and thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and of course the amazing views. I've only been once; however, I can make a safe assumption that you don't get that good by not practicing perfection night in and night out. It took a special night to attend the first time but we will be back and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for anything I mentioned above and so much more!!More

We drove here for dinner after we were told we should try it for the experience alone. So we drove up from Pittsburgh and can say it’s definitely worth the drive. Their gift card link is broken! I've called and written several times trying to get a gift card and no one ever responds. Customer service deserves less than one star. Are they really that popular that they don't have to respond to reasonable requests when...someone is trying to go to their restaurant. I'll make sure that my friends who are moving to their city get a git card to a more worthy establishment!!!More

This very elegant place offers an elevated dining experience. Located in a historical building with beautifully restored architectural features, the Marble Room provides excellent service and delicious food. Our waiter,Joshua, was attentive, friendly, and helped us select great menu choices. The steaks are perfectly prepared,...but the sushi and seafood options are innovative. I recommend the crispy scallion rice with spicy salmon! Even the salads are delicious. Highlights of our evening were the live band after 8:30pm, and the cotton candy birthday surprise for my mom. We had a wonderful birthday celebration at the Marble Room. We arrived early for our reservation and enjoyed drinks at the bar. The entire restaurant has a celebratory vibe, with the beautiful marble creating elegance but the atmosphere is still fun and lively. Food, drinks,...and service were all excellent. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and I enjoyed the rock shrimp side which was also delicious. Everyone in our party of four had a great dining experience.More
