Being from New York City I've eaten in plenty of places that I would not rate this high. What a great find. If you're looking for an experience give Ginza a try. There's traditional Japanese seating for large groups, table service, and Sushi bar service. The decor is pleasing, and the restaurant is clean. Service was a little slow, otherwise... More

Not on the strip, but quietly existing on Carnege, across from the Garden Inn is Ginza, which is one reason I enjoys staying at that Garden Inn. I don't know my sushi well enough to order a'la carte, but I order a combo-lunch or dinner, which comes with Miso soup. I'm never disappointed. The restaurant feels very

This is a good spot to stop if you are in need of a quick fix for Sushi. Especially if you are staying at the Hilton across the street. Def worth running in on your way out to walk downtown.

Came here for a date night with my Fiancé. Loved the ambience and decor. Food was fresh and beautifully presented. It's a small place; we were seated around the sushi bar. Service was good.

This restaurant was directly across the street from my hotel during a stay that was terribly cold and snowy so my initial reason for going was convenience. I decided to bring my meal back to the hotel to eat but next time would definitely eat in. The atmosphere was very authentic based on my memory of my visits to Tokyo.... More

I was staying at the hotel across the street and it was 6 degrees outside so I decided to give it a try. The staff is very friendly but the food is definitely sub par. The sushi rice didn't taste quite right and the fish was so so. I didn't eat anything but sushi so other items might be good... More

Went to Ginza Sushi in December, 2014. It was convenient to the Hilton across the street. The out side is deceiving because once you get inside, the restaurant is much larger than it looks from outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We have had sushi in many restaurants but this was some of the best... More

Best sushi and surimi, about $20 pieces or more for about $20 and top quality. Hours are somewhat odd though- call ahead to be sure they are open ( may not be open during the day).

Sushi was just okay. Took a half hour for my sushi and I was the only person there, I couldn't imagine how long it would take if it was busy. It was a nice location located across from the Hilton and the sushi chef was super nice though. Major downfall is there is no hard liquor there but prices overall... More
