Definitely, a pleasant surprise. Healthy, fresh food. Been to Panera couple of times during our one month in the U.S. / A road trip of 6,200 miles / 10 states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.
Great food and quick service. My son loves this place so I drove around to find one. Great quality of food served hot.
Standard Panera except ... they really work fast and hard during the lunch rush to get you in and out. Staff seems exceptionally hard working, and working together. Food of course is great if a bit expensive for 'fast food'.
