Been a long time fan of Chile Verde - quality dishes, good service, good atmosphere. Easily the Best Margarita in Columbus. Queso is fantastic as are the Enchiladas Estancia. If you are brave, try the Mexican Stew. Hot!

On our way home, we got off I-71 north of Columbus for some lunch. We have never been to a Chile Verde nor a New Mexican restaurant (except when we were in NM). It is a small storefront-sort of place but the decor is nice but does not scream SOUTHWEST. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess who informed us... More

Always like this place. Margarita very fresh, strong on lime, maybe a little lite on tequila. Crab boules app is spectacular. Enchilada stack (I forget its exact name) very good. My wife liked her Navajo taco and it looked great. Green sauce is spicy but not crazy spicy; one of several choices. Friendly service.

We eat here at least once a week!! The food is considered New Mexican cuisine and is always fresh!! House made salsa and guacamole are amazing!! Different levels of heat in the salsas! This is our go to place for taking visitors! We love the ambiance, the friendliness and the service! The Navajo taco is one of our favorite dishes.... More

We were in Columbus for the day and found this place to eat at, and we loved it! The food is really good and has a nice kick to it. The wait staff was also very friendly and allowed us to customize our dishes. We would definitely return if we come back to the area.

My husband and I came on a Saturday night and were seated promptly. Our waiter came over immediately - my husband was away from the table washing his hands - and asked if we were ready to order. I explained that we had not even picked up a menu yet, but that we would like iced tea and a little... More

Food was average. Service was fine. Atmosphere was okay. Everything is titled as New Mexico so don't go expecting anything other than southwest. This is not Mexican food at its finest. Not even close. Kind of pricey too.

Da boy (19 years old), da wife (a lot older) and I (sheeeeesh, don't even ask) had dinner on a Saturday night last weekend. We've watched this place grow and expand over their 25 year history here. We love the place. When it first opened the Green Chili Stew used to be (almost literally) *Killer*! I needed a cool damp... More
