Love Jordan’s Mill, really lovely surroundings and a great place to go but the cafe lets itself down on speed of service! Even the drinks and cakes section is poorly organised and takes forever, such a shame as the cakes and the drinks are actually...More

On visiting today we were not surprised to find the cafe exceedingly busy due to the heatwave. However the queues were very long and not helped by the fact that the screens showing the daily specials are placed in ridiculous places and it is on...More

Having enjoyed my visits here last year I suggested to a friend that this would be a good place to go for a late lunch/snack. We didn't want a large meal so went to the coffee bar but there was very little there except cakes....More

First visit here and was looking forward to Sunday lunch at the cafe, as we're fans of Jordan's products, and the environmentally-friendly ethos of the company. The cafe is in a lovely setting, overlooking the river, and quiet countryside around. The cafe itself is attractive,...More

It’s such a lovely setting with the river and gardens, so it’s a real pity that the organisation of the catering side is problematic. We go as a family quite often and there always seems to be an issue - the food isn’t good, the...More

Many thanks for your comment relating to Mother’s Day Mother’s Day was a booking only event and only guests who had pre-booked were allocated tables, pretty much the same as restaurants, the coffee bar was open to serve coffee’s and any sandwiches as we were...More

Visited the restaurant for Mother's Day Breakfast today - friendly staff, food very good and waiting time was not very long which made a nice change for a restaurant on a celebration day. Food was very tasty, English breakfast had a nice selection and tasted...More

Was passing so stopped off for lunch and enjoyed it very much. Good food, good portion sizes and reasonably priced. After lunch visited the shop which sells Jordan's products and then walked around an interesting garden. Would visit again if in the area.

Today I visited Jordans Mill with my Grandparents for Sunday Lunch. Everything about it was perfect. The lunch was beautiful! Fresh and locally sourced ingredients were plated up including tender pork, sweet apple sauce, fresh, tasty and perfectly seasoned parsnips, carrots and leeks. The service...More

Great View and good food at reasonable prices. Next to the shop which has a large variety of Jordan's products. the gardens and riverside walk are well worth a visit as is the museum next door.

Hello, dogs are not allowed on the terrace I'm afraid. We do have a seating area at the front of the Heritage Centre where you can enjoy food and drink from the Riverside Café and there is fresh water available for your dog.
