We had chosen the patio outside for Covid precautions and it had a gas heater. However, during the course of lunch it stopped working and we froze!
All the appropriate Covid precautions were observed and our drinks order was quickly taken and served.

Have been eating at The Boars for a number of years and always highly recommend it.
The lockdown has forced them to provide take aways, so Friday nights are Fish and Chips and Halloumi burger.

Very nice village pub near to grandson’s school, really nice inside with good social distance organised. Excellent menu and great choice of local beers and all at very reasonable prices.

Having been travelling for nearly 5 hours we decided to stop off on our way home for a Sunday lunch. The Boars has been recommended and to our surprise when we called in they had spare table for the 4 of us, great!
