A Rotisserie Restaurant and Bar for Haverhill, situated at the entrance to the new Haverhill Research Park on the A1307 heading out of town towards Cambridge. The name for the restaurant came about due to the town's links with the industrialisation of weaving. From the 16th Century, weaving was an important local industry to Haverhill and it was John Kay in 1733 who invented the Flying Shuttle, a significant improvement to the looms, enabling weavers to weave faster and create wider fabrics. Four of us enjoyed a family lunch here. It was quite a pleasant experience. Large easily accessible car park. Very large choice of food from snacks to large steaks and mixed grills. And a good choice of beverages.
