Had a lovely meal. The crab salad and smoked haddock risotto were great. Staff were friendly and service great.

6 of us went in for lunch I had the crab salad, very fresh and plenty of it. 2 had the fish and chips large potions and the ploughmans lunch was huge. Reasonably priced , good service and nice outside space
I slated this restaurant a couple of years ago for the awful service,(ruined a birthday celebration) but we believe in second chances so we tried again and had a delicious meal with good wine in a nice atmosphere on a really hot evening.
Thoroughly good experience. Excellent food served by friendly and attentive people. Prices are sensible - not cheap, but sensible. Magnificent choice of soft drinks, and a potential for 300 different gin/tonic combinations. All rather wonderful.
