Absolutely wonderful food without being a Gastro pub! Just a Great, friendly, ordinary pub with wholesome food at sensible prices. Very cosy. Several open fires. I will definitely be back

Party of four on a Saturday lunchtime. All dishes were very good and the venison exceptional. Service was friendly and efficient. A little off the beaten track but well worth the effort.

My wife and I are regular visitors. Harvey's beer is good. There is an extensive menu of excellent locally produced food. Even on a busy Sunday lunch time the service is good with pleasant staff. I recommend it highly.

The Ash Tree Inn is a small but busy country pub, in the middle of Ashburnham. We pride ourselves on fresh home cooked food and great service. We have a great selection of seating and a fantastic beer garden with a great view.
