THE BRITANNIA, Southend-on-Sea

We had a superb lunch of cod and chips. Fresh fish in light batter, chips were great too. Staff were extremely polite and would definitely recommend. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Not great

Well where do i start. Chips were undercooked, sausage in batter was an old overcooked sausage battered it was rock hard. Portion sizes were small. The only good things were the chicken mini fillets. Safe to say we wont be returning!!!

Best fish and chips
