We normally use these all time. But after there refit they gone down hill. Ordered online get phone call about an hour after order they have only 3 pieces of chicken we ordered 6 so said I have a cheese and bacon burger instead. A...while later another call only 1 bit of chicken so said OK just refund it. Order turns up no burger and 1 bit of chicken. When phoned about it got told well we will get to you as soon as can with burger and chuck bit of chicken in bin. Said you have lost a regular customer over this her reply was good I couldn't give a sh*tMore

Awful service

Normally order from here always good but ordered last night a family bucket with halloumi and was told 1 hour after 1 hour and 15 min rang to find out where it was to be told its leaving heard her call out the wrong house...number so had to change it and 20 min later still not arrived only a 3 min drive from my house i said we had been waiting an hour and a half and its not right for her to be really rude and say you do know there is coronavirus as if im stupid and dont know that she then said they have 12 people in the kitchen which if they have they are not socially distancing and 7 drivers well with that many people should not be taking that long all they had to was cook a portion of chips a portion of halloumi put the chicken and potatoes in a bucket coleslaw and drink from the fridge she then finished the call by just hanging up on me will now not use after that very rude had she been polite about it it may not have been so badMore

Will only order for here. It is superb.

This is my favourite and now only take away. The chicken wrap is amazing and so tasty. My Dad has a burger and says this is always lovely. Really decent take away. Good delivery times. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Pizzas

Having lost our regular Pizza house, we stumbled on Four Seasons after a brief comment from one of my sons. We did initially hav a problem finding their telephone number as all contact seems to have to be made through a range of Take Away...food agencies. However the difficulties were soon forgotten when the food arrived via a delivery. The pizzas were hot, tasty and satisfying. Very happy to use themn again and have now done so many times.More

Poor hygiene and 80p service charge for using card machine.

Very poor food hygiene methods used by the staff. The delivery driver came in from a delivery and picked up a pita bread to help with an order without washing his hands. Another guy in coat used his bare hands to put salad on a...base of a burger bun. I was a bit annoyed they charged me a 80p service charge for paying by debit card. I asked the owner to explain this. He said it’s his business he can do that if he wants. I told him yes Ok, but wouldn’t it be courteous to warn the customer beforehand. (I did have enough cash on me). He said everyone does it. The next night I went in the chippy near by and placed a large order. I asked the owner if he charges for paying by card. He said no way, he’d lose customers doing that. So not everyone charges Mr four season owner.More

Quick pit stop

Staff are very friendly and food was delicious. I have my food cooked a certain way and they accommodated that for me without any hesitation. Would recommend 😁

Simply the best!

I've tried every kebab shop in the Southend area over the years, most are not great but I'm so pleased 4 seasons is my local. I've been here going here for years and every time its been excellent. Always fresh well cooked food at a...good price and the guys are always friendly and have a chat. Great kebabs burgers wraps and cheesy chips and good meal deals. Their opening and delivery times are good too. Keep it up 4 seasons!More

Great Kebabs

We've ordered from here regularly and the food is always good. They cater well for children too if you are buying a family takeaway. We always have the lamb shish. Well cooked. Not dry at all. Good quality salad. Overall a great option for a...takeaway and our favourite in the area.More

Always great kebabs

Always used this and always loved the chicken kebabs fresh chicken, lovely salad,ask for extra red cabbage and you get it ;),staff very friendly and when we get it delivered always lovely and hot ,great kebab shop only fault is never enough potatoe surprise mind...you that is when we ring a little late ;)More

Consistently good.

If ever we have a take away we always order from here, we generally order the same thing and the food is always lovely. I would recommend and know my family enjoy the food from here too.

Excellent kebab shop - one of the best in the Southend area
