Spacious friendly public house the food is cooked well with a good selection of dishes reasonably priced. The decor is comfortable and welcoming I would recommend for any occasion.staff are friendly a good music venue.

Tried most of the pubs in the Abbey and this is by far the most friendly. Food is very average but reasonable. The people there are lovely, although the land lady keeps a tight reign on the football types.

I popped in for a pint, and ended up having a bite to eat. I was pleasantly surprised, I will definitely be coming back here. I bet it is a nice place to be in the summer

Have been a few times to this pub and we are never disappointed with the service and tasty food The roast dinner is exceptional tasty.

cheap, tasty, great beers, wonderful service, local feel but warm and welcoming. Always has sport on and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone locally looking for good food and service
