I actually don’t know where to start on this review . Went here for the first time as it has a restaurant guru award we’ll more fool me ! I’d give it the worst Indian take away award if it was me. A little review...on our £45 meal I ordered tonight , The starter was king prawn puri an over sweet sauce with no depth or flavour and 4 prawns .. Main course again dry chicken and a sauce you could have had as a pudding as it must have had soo much sugar added , Naan bread and puri so under cooked it couldn’t be eaten , mango chutney and onion Bhajis I personally think I could’ve got better from a ready meal . Wish I had read reviews and not wasted my money or had such a dire meal .More

Ordered my food 2 hours ago and it hasn’t arrived, the phone line is busy and I have been trying to ring for 2 hours! Absolute joke me and my family are starving!!!

Ordered at 6pm. No food at 8:40pm. Line constantly engaged. Couldn't cancel the order without being charged for the meal as it was 'processing'. Partner went to the restaurant the order had not even been started.

Food was ordered at 5 pm and still not with us until after 7pm. Terrible customer service and on calling them they said it had left already and half an hour later arrived when it takes about 5 minutes to walk. If you want your...food very late then go here if not order from somewhere else .terrible!!!!!!More

In 35 years of eating Indian & Bangladeshi food, both in restaurants and take away, this is by far the best I have ever experienced with top level service. You can instantly tell the ingredients are fresh and everything is cooked to order. I have...been using this take away for about 4 or 5 years now and it is always superb. We always get our Indian takeaway from Chilli Green and we've always had excellent service. The food usually arrives promptly and is always piping hot. The food is amazing, I would highly recommend.
