Disgusting service from this place!! The Kebab section on just eat which includes meat and chips, clearly states ‘all sauce and salad will be served separately’. I ordered sauce, for my partner to then have with his meal. The kebab then came completely smothered in...sauce, meaning due to allergies I could not eat it. When I called the place, the woman stated ‘we’re busy, what do you want me to do about it’ and if I’d ordered before, then I’d know the sauce comes on top. Overpriced

The food was nice, very tasty. It made for a good meal. No complaints about the food. The pricing was very expensive. E.G. £3.50 for a savaloy. Its the most expensive order from a Fish and Chip shop we've ever paid. You're a Fish and...Chip shop in Witham Town highstreet, not a gourmet resturant.More

The owner needs attention

Last night my son made an order for 3 adults. 2 x cod lrg chips 1x saus chips. Not a tricky order. Hey!!!???!!! We received…. 2x cod NO chips!!!!!! 1x saus chips!!! Had to call. Now I don’t know about you but I don’t like...to eat a meal in separate segments, nor wait until the chips arrive and keeps being disturbed too boot! That’s not all. Paid for large chips….. received regular. So not only were we inconvenienced!!!! We were robbed by the owner. You would expect after that, that the OWNER would give something complimentary, would you not?!? Not rob you!! This is NOT the first time UK FISH BAR have done this!!! Poor customer relationships!!!! Not good for business whatever your name is.More

Bunch of cowboys - bad customer service

Twice we have waited for these cowboys for our food. First time was two hours, blaming driver issues. We ordered on just eat with a minimum of a £15.00 order. Then an hour passed, then called them and they said they could not deliver as...it was only for £15.00. Can we order a minimum of £25.00. After an argument they delivered. Second time, giving them the benefit, an hour passed, and then we called, bearing in mind this time we had an order of £25.00. Girl said she had cancelled the order and said she had left us a message. No message was left. If you live outside Witham, beware of these cowboys. We will never use them again.More

Fantastic food! Best kebabs in Witham.

Fantastic food ordered tonight. Chicken Shish kebabs - Turned up piping hot, plenty of it, with the best ever chilli sauce on the side. Nice to see a staff delivery driver too. Makes a change from our usual cheesy chips after pub! All round great...service. Thank you!More

Much better than Churchills!!

Excellent Fish and Chips and great value! Portions are decent sizes and we’ve always had a great experience. Far better value for money than Churchills!

Like it

Good when we fancy a naughty kebab and chips. My partner likes the burgers too. Chips are constantly good. Not ordered fish from here, are other places I’d go for fish and chips.

Horrid

Ordered take away from here. 2x fish, 1 savaloy, 1 sausage and large chips. Fish was greasy and batter well over cooked. Near enough burnt. Sausage was dry and looked old, chips well if that was a large portion well I’ll hate to c a...small. Think it was cooked in old oil. Only gd part was 10 mins early delivering. Will never use again.More
