Check how many reviews the writer has made. On balance bad reviews are often just one review following an almighty row over service food etc that often boils down to personalities. The same with single outstanding reviews why suddenly are the writing in glowing terms about a single visit to a single location. In the case of the 'kiln' it's a chain and as with other of the kind the service and food can vary from day to day. Look at the price it's going to come out of a packet and microwave. On the day we found it good value and quality for our group. I fully understand that the next day it's not.
