Myself and my Girlfriend dined in the Brasserie whilst staying at the Hotel to celebrate her birthday, and how perfect it was. We were greeted very warmly by Soraya who led us to our table and took our wine order, this arrived within minutes and was definitely a sign of things to come. For the rest of the evening we... Our first time here, in the hotel's brasserie, to celebrate birthdays for the missus and her Mum. What a great lunch, a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. From the warm welcome in reception to the friendly service in the restaurant and in the bar afterwards, the people were a vital ingredient of the whole afternoon. Free prosecco set... More

An excellent meal with great flavours and presentation. The service is friendly and very attentive. Although this is quite expensive it does reflect the quality of the food and the experience. Highly recommended, we will go back.

Had a nice lunch at the Aviator while discussing business. Good lunch menu if you want something more than a sandwich. Not too busy or noisy.

We went to celebrate my cousin's graduation. It was perfect place to celebrate with a good meal and nice drinks. The environment was very calm and peaceful. Love the airport as a backdrop. Ordered few starters to have with drink. I ordered Wild mushroom salad & oyster ceviche to share, it was fantastic but I preferred mushroom over oyster. Starters... More

The Aviator Restaurant in Farnborough is inside the Aviator Hotel next to the airport and there is easy on site parking. I went with a group of 15 friends and we were able to pre order the day before. When we arrived our tables were ready and everything was perfect. The service was quick, professional and discreet. The food was... More

Can only comment on our three course set menu offer, but choices were plentiful, excellent quality food, beautifully presented. Good service. Bottles of wine were pricey, quite happy with a large glass instead!

My partner and I ate at the Aviator Brasserie on Valentines evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the food was really nice, and there was a good selection of drinks for us to choose from too. Quite pricey but that's to be expected as it's such a lovely place.

We had breakfast here when staying at the Aviator and it was lovely. A broad selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, full English etc along with jams and preserves. If you stay at the hotel, do book with breakfast - well worth it. Good service with staff constantly topping you up with tea and coffee too. Good views of the airfield... More

The meal was good especially the main course. Starter was nicely presented but marred by hard large croutons. The staff were excellent. The big disappointment was the wine.. the list looks super plenty of choice - at London prices but the quality of the Albarino and Barbera d'alba was inferior to those that you can get in local wine shops.I also... Dear Fleetlocal, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience in our Brasserie. I was pleased to hear you enjoyed your main course and found the staff to be excellent. I was though disappointed to hear that the wine did not live up to expectations and I have passed this feedback on to our Brasserie team. I... More

Created by TAG group in 2008, Aviator is one of the most striking design hotels of recent times, its innate style binding the timeless glamour of aviation with seductive interiors and ultimate comfort. The elegant Brasserie is home to classic seasonal cuisine, inspired by fresh, locally produced foods. Cream leather armchairs, six seater banquettes and light filled spaces create the perfect setting to while away time with family and friends, and in the evening the addition of glowing lanterns lends a more intimate ambience. Within the Brasserie sit two of the hotel’s private dining rooms, exemplifying the allure of the dining experience. Created for special occasions and private meetings, these are the ideal home for a new 5 course Tasting Menu, served accompanied by paired wines selected by Philippe Larue of l'Art du Vin.
