Perfectly located next to the Primmer Inn. I came here for a carvery and I filled my plate up twice! Best carvery I have had in a long time. Drinks had a good selection and homemade desserts looked great (but to full!) Staff where a...More

I first visited this venue 2 years ago and was very impressed by the high standard of the food. I am now wondering if this was because it was fairly new and we arrived at 11.30am so carvery was fresh. I have visited 3 times...More

Conveniently located next to the Premier Inn and went to have supper because it was next door. Supper was a disaster. Ordered a ploughman’s salad as I did not want to eat a huge supper. This ploughman’s salad was huge and far too much to...More

Great family meal, seated us straight away (table of 9) on a Sunday afternoon. Great service couldn't help us enough with any requests we had for food and in getting us an allergen folder. Very helpful lad who went to the kitchen to find out...More

Not my thing at all. Fine dining this is not and the approach is quantity over quality at low prices.

We went there for a family meal. Three of us had the carvery and the other one had gammon and chips. All the meals were good. The sprouts on the carvery were gross though, practically raw. We also took cake home with us. We had...More

Absolutely dreadful. Caesar salad. 4 lettuce leaves and croutons £6.49. Added chicken and bacon for extra £2.49. Nearly £9 for the saddest, tiniest, greasiest salad ever. Got my money back. This place will destroy your soul.

Usually have the carvery as this is greatvalue and comes in different size plates. Food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes very busy so you may have to wait a while for a table.

We brought a party of 26, as we had small children we were next to the play area which stopped them getting bored. We had a mixture of carvery and menu orders and everyone was happy with their choice. There is always lots of great...More

Couldn’t prebook on a Sunday. Discussed during phone call and decided arrival time to wait for table availability would be efficient at 4pm. Lovely table, speedy meal service. Thanks to lifestyle voucher only cost us £1 each. Big bargain!! Carvery beat me today though
