Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely coffee, cosy cafe with board games to enjoy. I really liked this little place, we stumbled over it accidentally and had a lovely half hour playing battleships! Would recommend, lovely staff.

Thanks so much to this amazing coffee house and especially to Jess. I returned after a previous visit as I was just relocating to the area. Jess was so helpful and friendly. The moonroast coffee is a favourite of mine. The brownies are so tasty....I will return again and again. Highly recommend. 🌟More

I absolutely LOVED this place. I am not a coffee aficionado, but I can wholeheartedly say that I had enjoyed the best coffee I have tasted in my life accompanied by a tasty panini which I give the same rating to i.e. by far the...best. The staff were so attentive and welcoming and while we ate and drank we read the delightful story of this family business. On top of all of this quality we found the pricing to be a snip compared to the other two fine cafes in Beaulieu. I can't wait to return for another coffee and panini.More

Cute little coffee shop right on the corner jn Beaulieu. My friend had a milkshake and I had an ice coffee with oat milk. Both good drinks and reasonably priced, service was attentive and welcoming. We sat inside on a cosy table for 2 but...there was lots of seating outside too.More

We went to The Beaulieu Bakehouse part of the Pallet's tea and coffee house family and had a delicious lunch outside on the tables with our collie on a recent visit to the New Forest. I had avocado on sourdough with poached egg (my favourite)...and it was delicious! A good healthy range of food and drinks for breakfast/brunch/lunch in casual and comfortable surroundings that are dog friendly.More

We visited with our dog after a walk to Bucklers Hard. The cafe was clean with nice friendly helpful staff. We had the ham and coleslaw sandwich was ok, really thick bread with not a lot of ham but was still filling. We also had...a scone with cream and jam, it was huge and really tasty, definitely a highlight of my visit.More

Lovely and friendly coffee shop with great choice of coffees and teas as well as hand-made panini. The cappuccino was the best I had for a long while, and they offer a choice of milk alternatives as well.

We had excellent coffee, iced coffee and paninis at Palletts. The cakes looked good as well. You order from the kiosk at the front and then can either takeaway or eat in the beautiful flower garden at the back where they will bring your order...to the table. Very good stop for cyclists as you can go directly into the garden through the gate straight from the road and there is a cycle rack in the garden. Water bowl provided for dogs!More

We was recommended Pallets by a friend and was disappointed. We was told to go for the Chocolate Brownie and OMG how scrumptious this was, we also had the afternoon tea and again, very scrumptious. The staff was very friendly and polite and prices was...very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this coffee shop 👌More

I religiously use pallets after finding this little gem 9 months ago. I love to taste each baristas coffee skills as i know how much hard work goes into learning the art, being a barista myself for 13 years, i do love my coffee! Corbyn...without a doubt makes the best coffee in the joint so make sure you grab him to make your next brew! Im so glad i found this place. The food is incredible, the coffee is incredible and its so good to sit and relax in the mornings. Thank you pallets!More
