The service was frantic but obliging as the young lady was on her own trying to deal with large parties and influx of people. The food was mediocre at best, I left most of mine. Steak was chewy, plates cold, mushrooms edible!!

Fairly new change of owners; very friendly & efficient. Returned call for booking within 5 minutes. Excellent freshly cooked fish & chips. Excellent for Conquest pre-Theatre/cinema meal ; 2 minutes walk from Conquest car-park.
