Looks inviting from outside but rather cold comfort inside with hard chairs and bare floors - rustic. Nice Ameriano coffee but served in a big heavy mug. Food choice and prices looked quite acceptable.

Have visited a couple of times before and had a ok lunch. This time was a disaster!! My partner ordered hot chocolate which came up tepid. I ordered tea which arrived stewed and very strong. We both ordered sandwiches which came up as standard cut loaf bread, not what we were expecting and for £4.50 seemed very expensive. The people... More

My two daughters and I visited Jittermugs during half term for a quick lunch. When we got inside it was reasonably busy with only 2 seat tables free. We were not acknowledged by either the young girl behind the counter or the older waitress who was busying around. We politely asked if we could move a chair and the waitress... More

I visited Jittermugs a few months ago and, after seeing such brilliant reviews, expected much more. It was very overpriced and the staff seemed uninterested. The food was average at best. I thought I'd give it another shot with my family last week but was again, disappointed. There were three of us just before lunchtime so it wasn't too busy.... More

We had a really enjoyable Gumbo and cornbread at Jittermugs plus a lovely glass of Cote du Rhone. Happy lunchtime!

Out for a short trip while wanting to take our pug for a walk. This cafe welcomes dogs and the lunchtime menu was varied for the family to select . It has a courtyard area at the back and a very warm atmosphere.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Grace, Esme and Bianca. GreAt service. Lovely wooden furniture and an array of cakes. A great places to warm up and relax. Prices good. The old stone burning fire in the centre keeps the place warm and cosy.

First evening visit. For us have been in a number of times during the day for coffee. But in the evening it's more a bistro type place. No smoking policy throughout. Pet friendly. Comfortable with good drinks. Only criticism is I felt it was a little pricey. Will return and recommend

yummy coffee, nice staff in a great location, all of the mugs are book themed which is a nice touch, just a nice place to have a break.

We are a friendly coffee shop serving homemade cakes and small meals during the day. All in the surroundings of books, in particular the iconic Penguin books.

Thursday to Saturday evenings we now offer tapas. We are fully licenced and stock a range of beautiful wines imported directly from a farm in Italy.

Check out our Facebook page for regular updates as to what we are up to and what is happening in our beautiful and thriving town of Faversham.
