One of the better wetherspoons I have been in. Friendly atmosphere and always seems busy. A good mixture of ages and plenty of families with young children. My dad pops in on a Friday night for his fish and chips with a pint. Joined him as I was visiting and was suprised by the quality if the meal. Nice big... More

Easy, cheap! Staff were really friendly and menu has a great choice but at reasonable prices.:Going with a fussy 8 year old eater, they are always willing to adapt their menu choice!

This was my first visit to Tonbridge and being a regular Wetherspoons customer (as it always offers great value for food and ale) I called at the Humphrey Bean. It's a large pub, very long, with plenty of tables. I visited on a Thursday night around 7pm and it was busy but there was still a few tables free. I... More

Avoid the salads (knew someone who worked at their processing plant). Avoid on Friday and Saturday nights unless you want to be in a boozy punch up. At least the bouncers do bar young people who fight for sometime afterwards. They have nice spacious loos and a nice garden. As a female I don't like ordering at the bar, next... More

Visit quite often, and always find staff and management helpful. Good selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Good choice of food on the menu, which is always well presented. Sometimes not always as hot as it should be, but they are always happy to change if asked. Highly recommended for a cheap drink and food. Lovely garden for the... More

Came for dinner and ale. Ale selection was varied as always. Hot dog and burger. Hot dog was very large which wad good but couldnt finish. Burger was good other than using red onion and rarebit didnt have worcester sauce. Chips seem to have gone back downhill a little compared to previous.

Lovely spoons with a beer garden and one section has books on the walls which is so quirky to me and I love that element. Have been for breakfast and drinks on separate occasions, spoons ever fails
