Always a nice breakfast on either Saturday or Sunday. Nothing too much trouble. Get there early as it can be busy. Open 7 days a week. Good menu for lunch-still to try.

The best fish finger sandwich ever. There was lots more on offer, cakes, dinners etc. Friendly staff. The tea room is dark but full of character.

We stopped at this establishment for lunch and weren't disappointed. The food is all traditional British fair and they also serve a range of hot and cold, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.

Really nice, old fashioned eatery with proper table service and excellent food. There's a dearth of restaurants like this unfortunately, offering decent British cuisine at normal prices and served by charming waitresses. There's some tributes to Whitstable's most famous resident, the late great Peter Cushing...More

Popped in for lunch with my wife and 7 month old. The staff were friendly and the food was ok. Best bit is the cakes/dessert.
