The Ship Centurion

We are a family run small town local. We offer a house ale and four guest ales also a large array of larger. Within these are a variation of German beers, we try and remain as close to our German roots as possible. This is reflected in our choice of cuisine. We have a bountiful menu filled with different options and freshly made. We are well known for our passion for sport. We have four screens and show BT sport and SKY television. All our meat is from a local and well known butcher, and we shop local for our vegetables. Supporting local businesses is very close to our hearts. Our main passion is our charity fundraising, we hold a meat raffle each Sunday at 3pm and all proceeds go to charity.

A great dog friendly pub offering great value German themed food and beers (and Aspalls cider). A little bit of a walk up the high street away from the town centre, but well worth it.
