We dined here on a busy Saturday evening and to say the restaurant was so busy, we were so looked after. Before we went through to our table, we checked in at the reception to two very pleasant members of staff, we were given a bar tab to enjoy a cocktail first. Once taken to our beautifully located window table,... More

I was so happy with my recent visit to ninos. All of the staff are lovely and polite while still carrying an air of professionalism. The manager was terrific and the music was better, the drinks were reasonably priced and well presented as was the food (both were phenomenal!) We all thoroughly enjoyed every part of the restaurant from the... More

I am left absolutely appalled at the poor service that myself and my four female friends had the misfortune of experiencing whilst we ate here this evening. Upon arriving me and three of the girls went to the bar to order some drinks where a male customer came over inappropriately touching my friend and making inappropriate comments towards me. We... We are extremely sorry for your bad experience, but we have spoken to the man you speak of and can confirm he will not be welcome back in this restaurant following the incident that occurred at the weekend. We are deeply sorry for your bad experience and can honestly say things like that do not happen in establishments like ours.... More

This is the second time we have dined here. Views are stunning the Restuarant is beautiful inside great atmosphere and decor. We all had a variety of starters just ok . Mine was bland prawns with chilli , chilli was tasted. The mains however were all good , piping hot and tasty! The main issues are service far too slow,... More

I had a special starter of pigs cheeks which was excellent. I chose plaice and Cornish purple potatoes for my main again excellent and finished with a raspberry chocolate fondant which was to die for . The restaurant is decorated to high spec and staffed by polite efficient employees. The bar and comfort area had live entertainment in the form... More

I really enjoyed the food here on the two occasions that I visited. Both times as part of a large group. Both times it was very busy. The fact that it was busy did not affect the quality of the food. Also staff were friendly great atmosphere.

I have been to Nino's several times but allergies have made me rather paranoid, especially soya which seems to be in so many products, so with organising a night out with friends, I emailed to find out about an allergen list. I was told their head chef Karl would ring me, which he duly did (very impressed by this). He... More
