Visited for our wedding anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we were served. Aracini balls to start were sublime and the prawns in chilli and sea bass for mains superb. To full for dessert but this is one restaurant...More

The food is brilliant and prices are reasonable I find it depends where you sit as some areas are quite dark.

We've visited Amalfi numerous times and have always been satisfied with the food. The only downside is that it is quite a small, cramped restaurant. One of the most recent visits was for a relatively large group and we found the table to be quite...More

The Sunday offers had a child eats for one pound for each paying adult. Nothing Michelin but my grandchildren were happy with the pizza and pasta offered. An actual children's menu? Can't remember.

The Amalfi Lounge, like any good restaurant, has a story- a tale of love, international relationships and a passion of Italian cuisine. The story started with our grandfather, a native of Southern Italy and resident in a small town on the Amalfi Coast. A passionate man, he was obsessed with quality and simplicity. He insisted on taking the time to prepare and enjoy food, with a philosophy of 3 ingredients is often all that's required to create a great dish. Our father, the original founder and business brain established The Godfather Pizza House back in 1990. His hard work ethic and persistence has been passed down to the third generation to take a leap forward in providing East Lancashire with a restaurant and cocktail bar.
