Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place serves a excellent variety of food for lunch at a very reasonable price. Great to see actual potatoes and vegetables on the menu - rather than the ubiquitous chips and peas with everything. We both had liver and onions, really tasty and with...a selection of veg inc boiled and mashed potatoes, cabbage, carrots, carrots, peas and brussel sprouts. Followed with homemade apple crumble and custard and 2 x 2 pots of tea - all for £28. Great value, great food and all served by ladies in aprons and caps. Situated opposite the excellent indoor market so easy to find. Highly recommended 😀😀😀More

This our second visit to the Eating house 'and both times the food has been excellent ,reasonably priced and freshly cooked. The menu is varied. The liver and onions (my favorite) are to die for. The homemade trifle was absolutely beautiful. We shall be returning...very soon.More

This is a cracking small cafe, and VERY popular with locals, and visitors alike. Cooked by Jason, and always served with a smile by Karen (who walks about 50,000 miles per shift/day). I tend to have a variety of food when my partner and I...go there. My partner Elaine has even had a brunch named after her. The girls who help out at busy times do their bit as well. Jason will cook ANY combination of food and even gives me a JENGA small stack of chips. Lovely food, excellant Laaaaata, and always welcoming. Keep going people, you are doing the local area a great service. 👍 Rob and Elaine 💋More

Popped in here whilst visiting Fleetwood Market, it’s straight over the road. A fantastic old school cafe open on market days serving all the traditional fare. Had the large English breakfast (have to ask for baked beans as they don’t come with it which I...found slightly odd). Absolutely excellent value for money ~ 2 sausage, 3 bacon, fried egg, fried bread, toast, mushrooms, half a tomato & baked beans all for £6. And everything perfectly cooked, served on a large oval plate. Nice that the plate had also been warmed up. Cash only though so make sure you’re carrying some, the lady trusted me to go to the cash machine after I’d finished my meal. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in the Blackpool area and will certainly be returning.More

We made a point of visiting during our trip to Fleetwood as we had read great reviews. We were not disappointed. The small all day breakfast was cooked to perfection and a bargain at £3.50! Sausage toastie was also great. Large menu with lots of...home cooking and desserts. Cafe is quaint and retro. Greeted warmly too. This cafe is cash only but if you are stuck, they will accept a bank transfer. Highly recommend this place.More

We were looking for some where to have a light lunch while at Fleetwood Market and came across this place. It is fairly compact but clean and bright with friendly welcoming staff. There is all sorts on the walls and shelves that you can purchase....Table service is used here. As we ordered we were giving an idea as to how long our food would take as the place was busy. When our food arrived it was well presented and very tasty. Price was reasonable too.More
