We visited on 23.09.21 Good food . We ordered different options and each one was very tasty and well presented although a bit on the pricey side for pub food . It was very quiet but the waitress came to start clearing the table before we had all finished eating. I was surprised and should have said something but it was an anniversary treat to us so didnt want to upset anyone or embarrass the ones still eating. I think if anyone has any trading in catering and hospitality they know not to start clearing a table while people are still eating . It makes the people eating feel embarrassed and the whole table uncomfortable as it feels like your interest way and the staff want you out quickly! Some of the party may have finished their food had they been given time. As a first visit it felt unwelcome although the food was very nice but pricey.

Fantastic food and great beer. After a long week, my wife and I decided that we would treat ourselves to a meal out. Having the Strawberry Garden loyalty card, we decided to pay a visit. All I can say is fantastic choice. A great selection of real ale, and helpful staff to help you make a decision and a good menu of traditional pub food as well as muscles on offer! I had fish and chips with mushy peas and my wife had steak Pie. I wish that more pubs locally would serve this fantastic traditional pub food. Both meals were absolutely spectacular and we would wholeheartedly recommend eating here.

We were in Fleetwood for a walk along the esplanade with our dog when we decided to get some lunch. We found this dog friendly pub near to the Affinity outlet mall. There was a great variety of food to choose from ranging from tapas to hand made pizzas, burgers and traditional home made pub food along with daily specials The food was delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming Well worth a visit

This place is a hidden gem. You would probably drive past this place. We called in after being starving and didn’t get a good initial impression. We was wrong locals sat outside friendly and inside a lovely traditional local pub. They offer a two mains for £13.95 and a good selection of other mains. The food was plentiful and tasty. A great stop off.

Visited Fleetwood as a group of 9 and 2 dogs on a shopping trip. After shopping we were very hungry. So we googled the nearest pub that served food. We arrived at the strawberry gardens and from the front it didn't look to promising. After checking if we could bring dogs in we decided to give it a go. The pub was clean welcoming and the lady behind the bar was very friendly. When the food arrived it was gorgeous. In the group we had fish and chips, lasagne, curry, cheese and onion pie and steak and onion pie. Everybody loved their food. If we're ever in Fleetwood then we will eat here.

The pub/restaurant is on Poulton Road, which runs parallel to the sea front, so it is an easy walk from the sea front once you know it is there. It is an old fashioned pub/restaurant - in the best sense of the words as it is full of character - and serves good food at good prices with decent service. And Monday to Thursday lunchtime and afternoon, it's all half price !

We stopped here for an evening meal we were greeted by Peter the barman, who also waited on he was friendly and helpful but also extremely efficient nothing was too much trouble, there were several tables in and a party but his efficiency meant that no one was left waiting long and everything ran smoothly! The meal was plentiful well presented and delicious! The steak pie was full of meat and the rump steak cooked to perfection. We will definitely go back!

We were staying nearby in our camper van and decided to find somewhere for Sunday lunch, looked at the previous reviews and decided to give The Strawberry Gardens a try. We were very glad we did, nice selection of real ales and other libations, Sunday lunch was £25 for two people including a drink which we thought was great value before we received our meal, this became fantastic value when the food arrived. Would have no hesitation in recommending you visit here.

This was a strange place a pub but what I would describe as a Bistro. Despite strangeness the food was of a good standard and the service was swift. We shared three Tapas whitebait, tempura prawns and homemade crab and leek croquettes all were tasty. For my main I chose the battered Haddock fillet with lovely crispy chips and mushy peas I( I am not a fan of soft chips these were great). My partner enjoyed the steak pie and this was a slice of pie not one in a pot which was pleasant surprise and was loaded with tender beef this was served with chips and peas. Although the food was very good the atmosphere let it down for me but don't let that stop you having a try.

Great pub that's sadly going downhill. Just witnessed the landlady tell a disabled person who said the chairs were uncomfortable to go and drink elsewhere. She was very aggressive and rude and seems determined to alienate the locals who have kept this pub going through good and bad times . Pity because this pub has been a community long before this particular landlord and hopefully will be long after them. Shouting in the face of a disabled customer not acceptable.

I could not be bothered cooking this week and wanted somewhere close, so decided to try the Strawberry for Sunday Lunch. Very quiet lunchtime with my wife. Ordered Beef and Pork, both nicely presented, hot, and tasty. Followed by Sticky Toffee Pud ( I think they gave us syrup sponge instead !! ) and a Cheesecake. However, all very nice, reasonably priced and worth going again..Thanks

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to The Strawberry Gardens and today I brought my mum for the folk music. We both had Fish and Chips for lunch which is simply the best that I have had in a very long time. The real ale on the bar was great with a large selection. I’ll dropping by again very soon for more 👍😊

Young children were hurtling around - mostly unsupervised - whilst they were hurtling! One of whom only looked to be about 2 or 3 years old. There did not seem to be any regard for the glasses and hot plates that were being carried to the tables in their path. The noise level from them was unacceptable and we couldn't get out quick enough. If a minus score was available we would have given a minus. Food was mediocre - at best.
