Lovely home cooked Sunday roast dinner with the most amazing Yorkshire puddings. Very tasty and also great puddings on offer. The landlord and landlady were very friendly and gave the place a very homely feel. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended.

We arrived to a lovely, warm welcome by the Landlord John, the food was excellent especially the Sunday roast and cookie bash cake! The staff were excellent and nothing was to much to ask. We will definitely be returning!

Great quality, simple food. Had steak and it was cooked to perfection with LOADS of chips. Puds were very good too, and they keep a good pint. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back

Visited for the first time and enjoyed very friendly hospitality from Landlord, John, and his team. A couple of decent Ales on tap and friendly locals too. This is a low-key place with a solid menu of decent home cooked food. Overall, a pleasant experience...More

We went here on St Patrick's Night where a live Ceilidh Band had been booked. The food was great. I particularly enjoyed the special, Irish Stew! Some great beers on offer and some great music and singing which helped to make the occasion very special....More
