Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a gem! We went there for lunch, nothing was too much, food was fresh and was so tasty! Cakes are homemade and are absolutely delicious! We also took home cheese scones, again home made and were delicious! Coffee was amazing too! The lady who...served us was lovely and so accommodating! Always a smile on her face :) I can’t rate this place enough! Defo visit if you are in Bourne and fancy tasty food and coffee! We will definitely be back! Oh a side note cafe was clean and had a great atmosphere! Loved everything about it! Well done wild heart cafe!More

As a new resident of Bourne, I am so glad to have found this place. Been in half a dozen times. Always excellent freshly made food. The staff clearly enjoy music as their music playlist is always brilliant too.

Found this cafe when trying to get out of the rain, it's in a lovely location tucked down a side walkway. The service was really quick and the food was lovely. I had the chicken pie which was a big portion with succulent chicken. The...staff were all friendly and attentive, will definitely return when back in the area.More

My partner and I were passing through Bourne today and stopped to look for somewhere to eat. We came across the Wild Heart cafe and decided to go in. We were not disappointed. It is a lovely little cafe and everything on the menu is...homemade. I had a toasted croissant stuff full of ham and melted cheese. My other half had a ham and cheese baguette. Both were delicious. This was followed by hot drinks and a tasty little bun filled with apple purée. We cannot fault this cafe and will definitely be going back….. soon!More

Missed breakfast today so stopped in at The Wild Heart Cafe for lunch. Two of my favourites, beetroot and blue cheese, brought together in a quiche with green salad and coleslaw. Excellent combination. Well done Chef.

Haven’t been in a while due to Covid, but found that, if anything, the food is even better than we remembered! The salmon quiche was superb with a wonderful flaky crust, while hubby’s pulled BBQ pork sandwich was wolfed down before I could grab a...taste - he said it was delicious. Both came with lovely crispy skinny fries, salad and slaw. Had to have dessert too because they looked amazing, and they didn’t disappoint! Nice coffee too. Not to mention that the owner is friendly and a great hostess. Has got to be the best place for lunch and dessert in Bourne!More

Have been here a number of times now and the service, together with the food, is exceptional. Simon is an amazing chef who can make anything from the best omelette to any kind of cake you care to name. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ❤️.

Mum and I visiting Bourne for the afternoon and called in for lunch. We were extremely impressed! Covid protocols clear and well followed. Coffee and tea delivered quickly with (my favourite biscoff biscuits) followed by the most delicious quiche I think I've ever had. Rich,...buttery and full of tasty filling. Service was impeccable too. Can't wait to visit again to try one of the awesome looking sausage rolls! :)More
