Polite and friendly helpful Staff. Food was well cooked and tasty. Decent portions as well. Venue is quite small so would recommend booking well ahead. Would certainly return in the future.

Who the f*(k puts mushroom in a biryani? Madness. Also, pickle tray only included mint yoghurt and nothing else.

By far the best curry I've ever had. Our waiter made some recommendations based on what we were going to order originally and I'm so glad he did as the curry's we had wet absolutely outstanding. It was just so tasty!

The minute we arrived, we knew we were in for something special - which was great as it was my birthday! Ask the door opened we were enveloped in the most voluptuous oriental smells of fine cuisine - and our welcome was as warm as...the curries! Our waiter offered his best advice on the heat of the spicy dishes and we trusted him, ordering exactly what he suggested. Wow! The most delicious banquet followed! Dishes we'd never tried before but will do again. The restaurant was comfortable, the decor modern and clean and the overall service exceptional. Even the prices were 'not too spicy!' Simply amazing. Went Wednesday 27th September with a neighbour. The food was so tasty. We had the mixed platter for 2. Simply out of this world. I had the lamb shank Bhuna. I asked one of guys what he would recommend as a side. What...can I say, an absolute taste sensation. Only trouble is I can’t remember what he recommended for the side. So tasty that we have booked again to go tomorrow night,3rd October. My neighbour had the rogan josh and was blown away by the taste and quality of the ingredients. The guys are really friendly and more than willing to recommend a dish that they believe you will enjoy if you tell them your preferences.so glad we live in Filey. We visited Filey on a Monday staying at a nearby campsite. Some sit in pubs and restaurants are closed for food. So we decided on a takeaway back at base. This turned out to be a good idea as we really enjoyed some very good...food.More

I've been to Monsoon now about 6 times, and it never disappoints! Rash always give me fantastic recommendations, tonight I had a dish that wasn't even on the menu! We had a lovely meal at Monsoon as we always do. But when we considered our bill we thought we had been charged too much. £101 for 4 people, 2 of which were children and had half portions thought it was a bit steep and...maybe didn’t check the bill as stringently as we should.
