Attended a family celebration at The Dower House on Sunday. The food was delicious and well presented. We had a long, leisurely Sunday lunch with just the right amount of service from the friendly and helpful staff

Shame that the food was cold (sunday lunch)starter was good.Roast beef was cold yorkshire puddings over cooked & veg cold. Desert was good. Very clean smart restaurant, lovely reception just not worth the money, maybe it was the wrong time to eat on a Sunday 2.p.m. when it closes around 2.30.but won't risk it again.

When staying near Harrogate I usually stay at the Dower House which is a good hotel. Storm is the restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is also good.

This restaurant is trying to be something that it is not. Service was extremely slow and the food stone cold. The tables were veneered wood that was chipping off and the centre pieces dreadful.

We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant, which we found to be very good value. There was a good choice of menu and the quality of food was very good with reasonable portion size. The service was prompt and friendly
