Visited the Crown Inn on Friday and ordered eggs benedict. It was less than 10 minutes to arrive even though the place was quite busy. The food was excellent and so was the service provided. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Pleasant to pop into this outlet the other day for morning coffee. Pleasant staff had a few words and observations: it is about 3 years old What I liked about this was that the inside was light and bright - some of the older Spoons are in serious danger of becoming drab. This was most certainly fresh and inviting. On... More

Fantastic menu and all the usual choice at a Wetherspoons. Staff were friendly and the pub was really clean. Food service was quick and the burgers juicy and cooked perfectly

We have visited a few times for a drink when in knaresborough. Today we decided to eat here. We ordered the food and it came in good time the waiter that brought it to our table was very pleasant, the food was nice and hot. Unfortunately the only downside was the service from the two waitresses who did not have... More

Visited here on the May Day bank holiday. It is a decent Wetherspoons with plenty of tables and serves decent food at affordable prices. You can't really go wrong with it...

Typical Wetherspoons value for money but the surroundings were more up market than other Wetherspoons we have visited. The food was delicious and service was quick.

Relative newcomers to the Weatherspoons experience and perfectly happy with this one- when you just want the sort of ready meal you might dig out of the freezer at home and don't want to part with a lot of cash this does the job well. Staff friendly and polite, good atmosphere, clean, did the job.

The usual Wetherspoon's fare here: a good range of well-kept ale and fair food at reasonable prices. The Crown has specific advantages. They serve larger portions of chips than standard (at no extra cost); the food quality is better than most in the chain (though not always consistent); there is a large, pleasant beer garden for those summer days and...
