Almost hidden around a corner from the Market Square, this tiny shop and tea room is well worth a visit. A huge selection of cakes - you can see them being prepared in the back room - and excellent coffee. Helpful friendly staff.
Lovely little cake shop to have lunch. Prices are very good and there is plenty of cakes and slices to choose from. Limited in rolls and cold drinks but we found enough for us. Service was wonderful . Would return for sure ..
Edwina's cakes has a huge selection of cakes, and goodies, including gluten free. It smelt lovely when we walked in. Its just a stones throw from the Richmond Museum so perfect for elevenses or lunch after a visit to the museum.

We called today for tea and cake. Unusually there was a great choice of fruit teas as well as more conventional tea. The eccles cake and rhubarb and custard tart were both outstanding. All for just over £5! Service was efficient and friendly. Worth seeking...More
