Visited recently during the Eat out scheme and was very impressed with the decor, lovely restaurant! The service was good and food came out hot and quickly, we were given the opportunity to go visit the dinosaurs upstairs whilst our food was being cooked which really helps with young children as it takes the stress out of entertaining them whilst they wait for their food. I had the ribs which were good but could do with a little more sauce, however bbq sauce was on the table so not a problem. My only feedback would be that although the chips are delicious they are thick cut chips which stay very very hot and maybe french fries would be better for the kids menu as they are easier to eat for toddlers and cool down a lot quicker.

This place is absolutely amazing it's like visiting Disney land but right here in the uk. Freshly cooked food at a price that reflects in the dishes and the decor. We could have gone to a Dino park but would have cost £10 each then plus food so this is a real bargain since all you pay for is food to get the chance to look around 🦕🦖

What can I say, came here with my partner and our 4 kids as we were gifted a voucher, 100% one of the most enjoyable meals/evenings out with the family. Food was great for the adults and kids, yes slightly pricey but you’re paying for the evening out, not just dinner. Staff great ✅ Food great ✅ Dinosaurs great ✅ Atmosphere great ✅ Definitely will be returning again and would highly recommend it to anybody wanting a worry free family meal.

We visited Jurassic grill on Sat 14th March 2020 as a table of 6 for my sons 5th birthday. My son was so excited to come and we were completely let down. The food taste great and the decoration of the restaurant was amazing (although a bit dark) but unfortunately the service was very poor. We had a waitress who didn’t have a clue about the menus especially the drinks menu. We waited 30 minutes for one glass of wine and had to ask several times for it and got a rude response each time. The food ended up turning up before our drink did. No on ever came over to check if everything was ok and trying to grab someone’s attention was a hard task in its self. Unfortunately because of the bad customer service I won’t be returning again. Which is a shame. You need to train your staff on polite and kind customer service not rude and obnoxious

Visted with another family at the weekend (4adults, 3 children) The theme, decoaration, uniforms of staff and general presentation are brilliant! The kids were in awe the whole time and loved it! Perfect place for any dinosaur loving child/adult. Service was a little slow but friendly. Food portion sizes were good but just a tad pricey for the overall quality. Despite booking several weeks in advance for 2 highchair they were only able to give us 1! As had already given all others out. Parking is in public carparks just a short walk away. Overall we had a lovely afternoon!!

I was so excited to take my children here. The decor is amazing but the staff treat you like you’re in their home and asking too much of them. Sat waiting for 40mins before someone came to take our drink order. When someone finally came over we tried to order food but we were told there was only half the menu options. Apparently they had a busy night the night before. Not really my problem so we left. I’ll never go back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their money there

Kids thought the dinosaur theme was fun but.... We ordered two burgers both of which had bacon on that was possibly cooked in the cretaceous period. Rock hard and inedible. The burgers were overcooked. The large chips were ok where cooked through, but a good proportion were still hard. We ordered the mini corn dogs for our smallest child and they were truly foul. To top it off, the condiments were really nasty budget sachets of generic ketchup etc and the side of onion rings nothing notable On the plus side, the kids burger was pretty much the same portion size as the adults for around half the price. Even a bad McDonalds is far better than this and less than half the price. £60 for two adults and three kids to have one course and drinks of a very poor standard

I can not fault the staff here. They were fun and attentive (they get my 1 star)....... the food on the other hand was some of the worst. You are basically getting Weatherspoons food at a marked up price but at least at spoons you get what you pay for. I would also add the statues of the dinosaurs do not warrant the price hike. Save yourself the trouble and stay at home tonight.

We booked a table for 6pm for 2 adults and 3 kids ( 11, 13, 14 ) we arrived and was greeted by friendly staff, we was show to our seat and straight away we realised we had made a mistake, small kids running around screaming, it felt like we was at a kids soft play area, I realise this is not a fault of the restaurant but staff should tell the parents this is a restaurant not a playground, we asked to move tables as ours was right next to a dinosaur head which is like a tourist attraction, pretty much every kid in the restaurant was running around it or having pictures by parents, they moved us to another table which had just become free, we ordered drinks and food, however we purposely skipped starters as we wanted to get out of there, our drinks order arrived which was then spilt all over the place when passing to us ( no apology ) the lad just walked off. Then our food arrived and even telling the staff who ordered what they still placed it to the wrong person, saying that the food was AMAZING, decent portions and tasted great, we skipped deserts, payed and left deflated. We won’t return however the food was great but complete chaos in there. Maybe if we booked a later time younger kids would be in bed and we would of had a better experience

If you’re happy to eat overcooked, mediocre, overpriced beefeater style food, and you want your kids to see some crappy dinosaur stuff; come here! The food is awful, in fact beefeater has a better selection at a price point that reflects what it is: cheap food. This is a badly cooked reduced beefeater menu, with an unrealistic price point. The dinosaur puppets were out for a couple of minutes and my kids kind of liked them, but they weren’t really that bothered. I can’t see this place lasting the year and if it closes, I’ll buy that big diplodocus head for my kids’ playroom to help them recoup some of their costs.

Myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren age 7 & 8 took a 45min drive to get to Kettering to experience Jarassic Grill and although the staff are really lovely I'm afraid I cannot say the same about the food, which I will add is not cheap. My daughter had a burger but the bun was a little dry, but not as bad as my grandsons burger. I thought when he told me he didn't like it he was being fussy, but when I took a bite, sorry to say I had to spit out. The burger was so so dry, like eating cardboard (not that I've ever eaten cardboard). The manager did refund on the burger. I had ribs and they where delicious, couldn't fault them. The place itself is small but brilliant for the kids, with the odd dinosaurs scattered about. The hand puppet dino which was brought around each table was fun for the grandchildren. On the whole I wouldn't make a special trip to return sorry

It was ok, just a bit underwhelming. I was expecting more dinosaurs and/or dinosaurs jumping out or at least moving. It was a great idea for a restaurant but they haven’t quite pulled it off. The food is £2-£3 over priced compared to similar restaurants so not very good value. For us it was a once only visit and we wouldn’t rush back.

We booked a table for 3pm, when we arrived the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! The staff are all chatty, but not invasive and we had a lovely lady serving us initially and then a guy who was really good with the babes! There were also a lot of families with little ones, the dinosaur theme is a big hit and the staff seemed quite happy to have the children running around mid-meal doing something exploring! We were served our food and drinks promptly, the food was by far the best we have tasted in a long while! The steak was cooked to perfection (I like it mooing!) The ribs are something that MUST be tasted, succulent and sweet! Make sure you get a full rack! Another thing that is to die for are the desserts! Cheesecake and the chocolate volcano! We left feeling happy, but a tad glutinous! Prices reflect the food that is served. You can see that the chef has put a lot of time and effort into preparing these dishes. We will be returning for breakfast next time! Thanks guys!

Visited as we were passing by during our shopping and with the 50% off thought we would give it a try. They were full downstairs so the waiter Josh asked us if we wanted to see if upstairs was okay as the air conditioning was not turned on upstairs. However it felt fine for us and we were very happy to sit on the balcony in the sun. I have to say, josh was very enthusiastic and showed my son the megaladon tooth as well as other fossils. Very upbeat and lovely service. My son was very pleased with his meal, he kept saying how amazing his burger, he loved having his dessert in a coconut shell as something different. I had a salad with added chicken. I'm sorry to say the salad lacked a few ingredients, i found 3 peas, 2 pieces of corgette, 2 tiny morsels of squash and zero spinach in my mountain of leaves and carrots. I didnt complain st the time as felt that I shouldn't with 50% off. However if I have paid the full price for the salad I would have been very unhappy! If we return I would like to see a better quality salad! I had a side order of the rice which was amazing and made up for the disappointment. The salad is the knly reason for 4 stars and not 5! There was a guy walking around with puppet dinosaurs which was very good and funny! Overall I would return. Thank you for a lovely fun lunch.

Mega impressed with the decor. 100% would recommend to any dino enthusiasts (whatever their age) Food was decent and service was quick and attentive. Perhaps a little on the pricer side for what it is, but the awe on my youngest’s face more than made up for it.
