Visited here on a Sunday, lots of tables reserved but staff said ok to sit there as long as we were gone by the reservation time. Lovely Sunday dinner, generous portion of meat and lovely traditional gravy.

Have been going to The Vale for years and seem to never be disappointed. Great selection of ciders and beers, food is best it’s been for years and can get served quite quickly!
A bigger bonus is the upgrade outside, much better quality!
