I haven't been into the broad face for years basically because a good old fashioned pub was changed to what I call a gastro pub. I gather it is recently under new owners and they have improved the ambience although the black and white tiles...More

First time visiting the Broadface! Flew over from Sydney for a family get together and had a dinner at the Broadface! The service was incredible, you had the feeling that you were the only people in the restaurant. The food was amazing, such a diverse...More

I wanted to thank the girl behind the counter for her hospitality and rudeness, I do not speak of the two foreign girls but of that English girl who has done nothing more than despise me only because of my proficiency although I have always...More

Went with some friends, first visit since it's been re-opened, the food was ok but we thought a bit overpriced for a pub.

First visit to this medium sized pub close to the town centre. Only one other table was occupied when I arrived and they had already received their meal, so I didn't think I would have to wait long for mine! I chose the sausages, mash...More

We took a chance on here as our first choice was full. We were pleased with the food and the atmosphere was lively. I can imagine it is a good venue later in the evening

Such an amazing evening hosted by Joshua and his lovely wife and the amazing team behind the bar and in the kitchen. The food was fantastic, and the live music excellent. Thank you very much for such a fabulous time, the best pub in Abingdon.

A friendly pub with good food. You have to try the duck with beetroot, it was delicious. That with a side of chips would transfer a brilliant starter to a great main.

The pub has been updated and the decor is fab. The staff are friendly and with a great choice of beers and other drinks, what isn't to like. Live music at the weekend and the drinks are not expensive. I'd definitely recommend.
