This is a nice, 'olde worlde' restaurant. The food was nice and the table service was quick and polite. Took a while to get the drinks, but I would go back. Great sunday roast, worth a visit.

Myself and my partner visited here for my Birthday meal. We found the staff welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere cosy and the food delicious. We did however find the minimum price of a bottle of wine a little expensive at £20. A "house wine" option...More

Frequent visitors for this yearly quiz. Lovely busy family friendly atmosphere. Great quiz planned every year and they even provide free turkey sandwiches. Customer service was perfect. Highly recommended.

Three nights B&B, dining lunchtime and evening. Room was clean and tidy with twin beds, wardrobe, ensuite and tv. Room was quiet although it faced the road and was above the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.
