We love going to Dot's. Always friendly and always good. Tea and cake good value. Another 100 characters and then some more.

We stayed in the Milking Parlour opposite and went twice to Dot's. The scones were light and fluffy and served with plenty of jam and clotted cream. Even has a take away service for those staying in the holiday cottages. Highly recommended especially the lemon and blueberry cake.

We went along to Dots after reading the reviews. Ordered 2 cheese and ham sandwiches and 2 cups of tea. Cost £11. The bread was the cheap loaf from the supermarket. The cheese was tasteless. Dot forgot to put the ham in the sandwich so put it on the side. The ham was the mega cheap stuff, the round processed... More

We had been staying at a nearby cottage and stumbled across this gem by luck. Not well signposted. Lovely lady in a very small tea room but lovely home made food served in a very p,easy to way.

What better place for coffee, tea and cakes in the morning to celebrate Dot's and one of our friends birthdays. As always great food and sitting out in the courtyard watching a Mallard with 13 ducklings added to the delightful, craft center setting. Toasted teacakes and bread pudding with clotted cream are delights to die for! Happy birthday Dot...

What a lovely place to have a cup of tea and to be spoil the for the choice of cakes. The prices are reasonable as well. Only open from April but then 6 days a week from 11 am. Dot is very welcoming. You need to know that apart from three tables the rest of the seating is outside in... More

Great little find, quite a small cafe but excellent food freshly prepared to order. Really tasty sandwiches and delicious cakes. Cafe quite small so a person in a wheelchair may have some difficulties but the staff are very friendly and l am sure would make every effort to accommodate everyone. Would highly recommend....
