The oak has a great atmosphere with a friendly and chatty bar man. The food seems to be locally sourced and tastes good at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this pub!

Visited just after Xmas, really surprised how friendly and welcoming the oak is now. Food was excellent, would recommend the lasagne, chips, well, haven’t had them that good for a while. Can’t wait for it to reopen tonight, best company and food in Porlock
