Hotel needs updating. Room clean, unable to get hot water in the shower. I was on the top floor and it was at the front and noisy. Breakfast was nice and staff pleasant.

This is a good place to stay for a visit to the National Brewery Centre and the shops. The rooms aren't that great (I have been in a lot better for under £50) although the beds are comfortable and most rooms share a bathroom and...More

As Chairman of a local chain of charity shops I was given the task of finding a suitable venue to take out our shop volunteers (approx. 30) for an evening meal. Just by chance I was passing the Grail Court and popped in to enquire...More
I really wanted this hotel to be a treat rather than a chore. It's centrally located and prices include breakfast and on the face of it, offers the character that Travel Lodge and Premier Inn lack. Unfortunately, it delivered only disappointment. My double room would...More
