We had a lovely family walk up at Wincle and went over to Luds Church and fancied a late lunch after as we were all ravenous. We were delighted that the Lazy Trout served a full menu past 3pm the normal cut off for rural...More

An amazing night with a great ambience and friendly staff. Tasty food and honestly will be coming back. Drinks a little slow but honestly they were so busy it really wasn’t a problem. Service good, good night all around.

Four of us had lunch here after a Saturday walk round Tittesworth reservoir which is half a mile down the road. It was lovely weather so the place was really busy, both inside and out, but the service from the staff was still excellent, they...More

Always lovely, great menu and cosy. Great setting with lovely views. Often busy as good so ensure you book if you can. Been several times after walks around Tittesworth Reservoir, a lovely end to a walk. Highly recommend their Kellogs Chicken, so tasty.
