We booked online for 5pm but there was no record of it - however we needn't have worried as plenty of space. Only one chap on Bar and Food duty so service slow. Food ordered and came quickly - paella not very tasty but the fish sharing platter was great. Surprised to read some of the reviews as that may... More

Beautiful pub with a great selection of food. The staff were very friendly and were very accommodating with our youngest family member, giving him crayons and colouring book to keep him quiet 😀 :) looking forward to dining here again soon.

Came here due to recommendations online at 4.2 out of 5. Ordered 2 Sunday dinners and a shared starter. Upon arrival staff did not even raise a smile towards us. Just came over stood waiting to take order without even a hi, hello can I take your order. The scotch egg starter was actually ok but was very overpriced due... More

A quick note to everyone at The Horns for making the surprise Birthday party a real success. We were treated to a warm welcome and attentive service while we gathered for a surprise 40th Birthday. As we were more concerned with the celebrations, I can only commend the staff for their attentive yet non-disruptive service throughout the meal. All courses... More

This is a lovely pub, great setting and nice decor. We have not eaten here since it first opened some time ago but have popped in for a drink on many occasions. We were previously disappointed in the food but decided to give it another try after reading a few people's comments that it was quite good. Unfortunately there were... More

This was our first visit to The Horns, as it had been recommended by friends who had visited a few times and loved it. We went for a post-Valentines romantic meal on a Thursday night. We booked a table as we were worried that it might be busy. When we arrived at 7pm however it was very quiet, although it... More

Pre-booked afternoon tea and paid deposit for 6 people. The chef mistakenly only did food for 4 people so had to wait for the other food to be prepared. We should have had prawn, cheese & onion and chicken, bacon & mayo sandwiches (one finger of sandwich of each filling each - not very generous) but the last stand to... More

Visited here with my husband in January 2017 for a birthday treat and we both had a lovely time. The interior is nicely decorated and we were directed to a table where a candle was lit which gave it an extra touch. We each had bread and dips (to share), starters and a main menu, the portions were large and... More
