Hello Elaine, Thank you for the glowing review! We're proud to have met your expectations at Heaven's Kitchen. We are looking forward to seeing you back soon. Kind Regards, Heaven's Kitchen Team
Very impressed for our first time, lovely service and delicious food and decent sized portions, it is on the pricey side but worth every penny! Only slight complaint is that they did forget to bring the bill over, but that was a minor, also customers...didn’t seem to dress up and I felt like it was a dressy up place, people need to make more effort haha! Would recommend and come again!More
Came for a meal for the first time in a while and I am happy to say the standards of both food and service are as amazing as they have always been. Daniel served us and was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout o visit. Have...given 5 stars but wish I could leave more. Best place in Farnham as always!!More
I went with my family yesterday for Sunday lunch and again it didn't disappoint. The roast dinners are absolutely amazing, the staff are so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend a Sunday lunch you won't be disappointed.
Amazing place, welcomed by staff and service throughout was excellent. Hats off to the chef for some amazing food, cooked to perfection. I would say the only small negative was the prices of the drinks (£7 for a pint 🤔).
Heaven's Kitchen is an absolute gem! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, the service is impeccable, and the steaks are cooked to perfection. I came back for the tomahawk steak and from the first bite to the last, I was blown away by the flavor...and tenderness of the meat. It's a must-visit for any steak lover – a top-notch dining experience that leaves you craving for more.More
Expensive for what you’re getting, over £300 for 6 of us and I’d say the food was very average. Long waiting times. I’m talking 1 hour and 45 mins for a steak which takes how long to grill?
Unfortunately this restaurant needs either better staff or better chefs. We arrived and they couldn’t see our booking initially for FIVE as we’d booked on The Fork and that was on another page (as always with The Fork) when there was a whole table re...arranging from a table of six to five. We the ordered the tomahawk steak which came with two sauces which were “ok”. We asked for medium rare but it was cooked rare. How hard is that to do? The prices are eye watering for steak in Farnham. The Hawksmoor in London yes but not in the centre of Farnham. I think customer service the minute you walk in the door has to be perfect no excuses. Why is a booking on The Fork treated like a shock or some second class citizen. Also for the carving of the Tomahawk steak you need to provide big carving knives not BLUNT steak knives. For the price this has to get much better. No late table shuffling and looking surprised when you ask for basics? no follow up “do you want ketchup, do you want mustard” … not even “How was your meal?” this is basic hospitality training.More
Been to HK before and the food and service was excellent, this time it was very very poor, even bringing it to the attention of the manager didn’t provide a satisfactory resolution, Sunday lunch and at 2.30pm they had already sold out of beef, no...mint sauce, vegetables cold and inedible. Drinks arrived after the food. Won’t be returning very disappointedMore
Food was ok but service was not good, mixing sauces up & taking so long for food to come out, not going back
INCREDIBLE! Wow what a lovely evening had at Heavens Kitchen, not one thing could be faulted. Myself and my three girlfriends had the three course ‘Equisite’ menu which had some beautiful choices, WHEN I go there again I would happily make exactly the same choices...from the main menu. The food was AMAZING, it was the best steak I have ever had anywhere! Every single member of staff was so great, they really all deserve a pat on the back for making the restaurant run so smoothly whilst giving the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. There were no wait times, all requests were attentively delivered and they were all so kind, a real credit to the hospitality industry (they obviously employ the best). Honestly cannot wait to go back again and sad I have only just discovered such a lovely restaurant.More
We had wonderful meal here. The staff were friendly & polite. The fillet steak was the best I’ve ever eaten, I’ve tried a lot! We had a Groupon deal so the menu was selective but plenty of choice. We had 3 courses & left extremely...satisfied. Would return again & recommendMore
Came here with Mt wife for our 10 year anniversary. The food was Amazing. I picked the menu based on my wife's favourite food so she was spoilt for choice. The staff really friendly too
Visited for the first time (having heard positive comments) decided to go for Sunday lunch with friends. It certainly lived up to the good things we had heard, we had the three course set menu, starters were lovely and generous portions. For main course three...of us chose lamb and one beef, all were well cooked (the beef exactly as requested medium rare) and the lamb excellent and again generously sized all with nice accompanying vegetables and some of the nicest gravy I have had n a long time. Lastly desserts again did not disappoint but in reality the size of the first two courses meant dessert was something that was not really need. All this was accompanied by excellent and considerate service. As I said it was our first visit but certainly will not be our last, if you have not been I would urge you to try it you will not be disappointed.More
I was recommended Heaven's Kitchen by a work colleague, and I was by no means disappointed. My reservation was on a Sunday evening, which was fairly quiet with only two front of house staff. I found free parking at the nearby St James car park,...which is a two minutes' walk from the restaurant. My friend and I skipped appetisers and dived straight into the main course - we both chose steak, medium rare. They were well-seasoned and cooked beautifully, and the portions sizes were reasonable (including accompaniments). Staff left my friend and I to enjoy our dinner and conversation for most of the evening, but were otherwise attentive at the right moments. All in all, it was a lovely dining experience. I am very keen to return for the 2-for-1 steak night on a Tuesday.More
