Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Family with 2 teens shopping. We ordered 3 burgers & 1 plant based mushroom chilli . The veggie choices were great . Friendly staff . Lots of screens to watch footie . And good prices on menu .

Visited on Saturday for the FA cup final. Very impressed with service and attitude. We were running late and the staff were very helpful in keeping our table. Food was fab and we then went out to the garden for the early evening. Great night...in a lovely lit gardenMore

We go to the Druids Head regularly and I have reviewed the pub before giving it 5 stars. Me and my husband went last night to have an early dinner. I ordered a side of Mac & cheese but when the portion arrived it look...large, we ate some of it but it was mostly cold. When the waitress came over after a few minutes to check if the food was okay, I mentioned that the Mac & cheese was cold and was it a large portion, she said it was a meal portion not a side & we couldn’t have a refund as most of it was eaten, not true as it was cold & inedible. After 15 minutes she came back and said we had been refunded but said that we will have receive more money back as a refund of the difference between a main course price and a side couldn’t be done. She acted like we had got something for nothing, there was no apology for the cold food or the fact they brought the wrong size, very rude and I don’t think I’ll want to return.More

Visited with my wife and had a very chilled experience. Weather was nice but a little chilly for the garden but the courtyard looked great sat inside at the front and did a little people watching as people passed by. Menu is different. We had...duck and a salad both lovely. Always a good atmosphere for a town centre pubMore
