We came to this restaurant for my 18th birthday after loads of recommendations, we was a party of 12 which was accepted when we made a reservation and they had no problem accommodating us , from the second we sat down we was rushed into...order drinks and then before our drinks even came out we was rushed into order starters we asked if we could have 10 minutes to look at the menu and see what we wanted the waiter then proceeded to come back 2 minutes later and we had to order starters only half of us was able to order starters as we was left no time to look at the menu. Straight after starters came out we was told we had to order our mains without even haven eaten our starters , the server rushed around the table pressuring us to order our mains , our mains then came out not even 5 minutes later. The food was not up to the best standards and most of our food seemed as it was reheated but cold and tasteless. We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and was out the door by 9pm , as soon as we realised they were trying to rush us out the door my family complained and asked for the bill , the bill came out in seconds and the server was their standing with the card machine hoovering over us telling us to decide how to pay and practically rushing us again. As we left the restaurent we was looked at and spoken about by other members of staff as my mum pointed out to us. The service and food was disappointing and won’t be coming back. It’s a shame because we was their to celebrate and more than happy to spend our money and enjoy a nice time but no that’s not what happened and put a downer on my day. I do hope no one experiences what we experienced like I said we went their based on recommendations , one by my brother who went a couple weeks ago and said the food was lovely aswell as the service. Fantastic restaurant with a wide variety on the menu. Have tried many things and they have always been excellent. Staff very attentive, despite being busy.

Very nice restaurant and food was excellent the service was very quick considering we were a party of 20 for lunch. The set menu was only £12.50 and very good value. Friendly atmosphere and staff and waiter Mustifa was really helpful and friendly . Would...definitely recommend to friends and family. Large menu if you did not want a set 3 course.More

Cheap set menu at lunchtime. 3 courses £12.95. Good service by very cheerful staff. Food basic good Turkish. Parking available at Sainsbury’s for 3 hours.

Food absolutely delicious - nice and hot, well cooked. Amazing and friendly staff! The food is on point and was very happy to return! The Cicik is very tasty and the Taragon Chicken.

We were a little disappointed with Tas. Good points. I had asked for a window table and we were kindly offered a choice of two. The shared starters (hummus and cacik) served with delicious warm bread were good. Sad points. We waited a while to...be shown to our table whilst a customer seemingly tried to negotiate arrangements for a large party. Once at our table we were left to our own devices. We had menus but no-one came up to offer drinks or take our order. Eventually, after much bobbing up and down and waving of hands, our oder was taken. Drinks and starters arrived fairly promptly but then no-one came to clear that course away or refresh drinks. Maybe they were short staffed that evening but we spent much of our time trying to attract a waiter’s attention. The kebabs were deemed ok, grandson quite enjoyed his seafood pasta but my moussaka was dry and tasteless. Puddings were just ok. The restaurant was very busy so they must be doing something right - but sadly not for us. A shame as we enjoy eating out and like to support local restaurants.More

Great night with friends. This was recommended to me by a friend at work. Ideal for friends or family. So much choice on the menu. I had a mixture of starters. Plates were plentiful. Outside area too. Cocktails avail too. Will definitely return.

Awful service and food not worth the money the only good thing is leaving takeaway would of been better

Another excellent meal at Tas made all the better by the excellent waitress Anna, always extremely helpful and welcoming. Always smiling and friendly every time we come here.

We had been recommended this place by friends for ages & finally got round to trying it ourselves - on our wedding anniversary. Was exactly how we had hoped. Excellent service, good food & reasonable prices.

The food and service was excellent. The staff were really helpful and nice. The food and portions were great. Lovely ambiance. would highly recommend it.
